The basic Feingold Program does not eliminate wheat, gluten, or dairy. Some gluten and casein free resources are included for those who need to follow these extended restrictions. Some suggestions and recipes in these books may not be compatible with the Feingold Diet, so be aware, and make substitutions with acceptable ingredients as needed.
